Support and Maintenance - Updating your support agreement
All of our products (Directory Update, Directory Manager, and Directory
Search) include one year of software maintenance and support from the date of
purchase. All support requests should be initiated via e-mail to
support@ithicos.com
Prior to the end of your support period, you have the option of extending
your support for additional years at a cost of approximately 20% of the current
price of the software. If your software support expires, you must purchase
support that picks up where your support period left off. So, for example, if
your support expired in May of 2008 and it is now Sept of 2008, your purchased
support would have to pick up as of May 2008 and would carry through May of
2009.
To help our customers whose support has expired and wish to extend their
support and updates, we are offering a discount for 2 years of support. This
pricing is for a limited time only. Below
are some support options that will extend your support for 2 years and must be
purchased via credit card:

*Note: We are frequently asked if the future password change/reset

features will be available at an additional charge, but the additional
