Internet Explorer Crashes with JSCRIPT.DLL error
Directory Update v1.3 and later, Directory Search, and all versions of
Directory Manager all use RAD controls from Telerik that utilize the Javascript
libraries from Microsoft. Under some circumstances you will have Internet
Explorer crash when you try to use the Directory Update, Directory Manager, or
Directory Update interfaces.

The error is usually like this:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180
ModName: jscript.dll
ModVer: 5.6.8820 Offset: 00004a27

The problem is due to a bug with the jscript.dll from Microsoft.
The issue was fixed and deployed as an update in 2006, but many computers still
don't have the fix. Look for Microsoft's
MS06-023 fix for more information. Applying this fix will address this
problem.
